2. We ship worldwide with flat rate shipping by Hong Kong Air mail. this international order may take longer to arrive, Normally the shippment to worldwide is used to take 8 to 25 business days, exclude Sat & Sun.
3. Shipment is directly send via regular airmail.it usually takes 10-25 business days.
due to variation of postal service in different aresas ,some areas may take longer(20-60days),such as :Italy, Russian federation, Chile, Argentina, Thailand , even though we ship items via airmail.we strongly suggest buyers who from these mentions country would better to choose $2 of insurance in case of getting lost.
4. We can also provide express post by EMS(5-8 days) or UPS(4-5 days). The cost is higher than standard postage, about$ 20 or higher. If you want post by EMS or UPS, please contact us.

Warranty

1 We are responsible for item damage before your receipt. Please contact us within 30 days of receipt, and take photo on the damaged item, we will make refund on the damaged item.

2 If you are unhappy with your purchase, please contact us within 30 days of receipt and let us know why.

3 As long as your item is still in brand new condition, we will be happy to refund your money, or you may ask for item exchange.

Do you provide tracking information?

Will my items be sent in one package?

REFUNDS & RETURNS POLICY

Order cancellation

All orders can be cancelled until they are shipped. If your order has been paid and you need to make a change or cancel an order, you must contact us within 12 hours. Once the packaging and shipping process has started, it can no longer be cancelled.

Refunds
